Investing in Uranium

Over the past few months, the attention of many financial players has focused on Uranium.

The prices of this interesting commodity have indeed made a strong leap forward and have risen to new all-time highs (prices of the Uranium futures contract quoted on the Comex market).

After having decisively broken through resistance at around the $80 mark, the quotations extended sharply to the upside, peaking at $110.

The primary trend is therefore positive and is confirmed by the long position of the main directional indicators.

After a brief pause for settlement, necessary to discharge the strong short-term overbought, a further bullish push is therefore possible with a first target at 116-117 and a second target in the 125-126 dollar area.

It is difficult for now to hypothesise a bearish trend reversal: an initial sign of weakness will only arrive with a return below $95.
