Benoit Sorel Global Head of ETF, Indexing & Smart Beta Amundi ETF

New listing for the British bond market.

The vehicle, with ISIN code LU3122198321, officially began trading on February 12, 2026. The ETF replicates the Bloomberg Sterling Aggregate Corporate TR Value Unhedged GBP index, a benchmark representative of the UK investment grade corporate bond market.

Operational characteristics

The objective stated in the prospectus is to achieve a faithful replication of the performance of the reference basket, minimizing tracking error with respect to net asset value. Under normal market conditions, the fund intends to maintain a deviation within the limits indicated in the official documents.

The total annual cost (TER) is set at 0.10%, a level that places the product in the competitive range for exposure to UK credit. The currency of denomination is the pound sterling (GBP) and the vehicle provides for the distribution of income.

The custodian bank is CACEIS Bank, a subsidiary of Luxembourg. At the time of launch, no reliable data on the volume of assets under management was available.

Benchmark composition

The Bloomberg Sterling Corporate Bond Index covers public issues in the industrial, financial, and utility sectors with a minimum residual maturity of one year and a predefined minimum outstanding amount. Only investment grade securities are included. As this is a total return index, performance also takes into account the coupons paid on the bonds.

Market positioning

The listing expands Amundi’s range of fixed income solutions in sterling. For investors, this means access to a diversified portfolio of UK corporate bonds with low management costs and a direct replication structure that closely tracks the reference market, without additional currency risk exposure given the natural alignment with sterling.
