The fund is available today on the London Stock Exchange, following its listing on Börse Xetra, Borsa Italiana, and SIX Swiss Exchange on June 10, 2026.

The ETF tracks the performance of the WisdomTree SemiAnalysis Artificial General Intelligence Infrastructure UCITS Index, an index developed in collaboration with SemiAnalysis, an independent research firm specializing in semiconductors and AI infrastructure. The Total Expense Ratio (TER) is set at 0.50%.

The index is designed to capture structural growth linked to increasing computational intensity, the expansion of data center capacity, and rising capital expenditures by hyperscalers, enterprises, and public administrations. The investable universe is divided into seven categories of AI infrastructure, covering the entire hardware and computing services value chain:

Data centers, energy, and the industrial sector: suppliers of electrical infrastructure, power distribution systems, and industrial facilities for high-density computing environments.

Wafer fabrication equipment (WFE): capital goods for the manufacture, testing, and packaging of semiconductors.

Components and materials: passive components, substrates, interconnects, and specialty materials used throughout the AI hardware supply chain.

Semiconductors: design and manufacturing of integrated circuits, including processors, memory, and analog components.

Server supply chain: components, subsystems, and integration services for servers and racks.

System Interconnection: connectivity hardware and optical and electrical infrastructure for data transfer within data center, enterprise, and telecommunications networks.

Hyperscalers and Neoclouds: operators of large-scale cloud and AI computing infrastructure that offer training, inference, and general-purpose computing capabilities as a service.

Debru Pierre WisdomTree ETFPierre Debru, Head of Research, Europe, at WisdomTree, stated: “Artificial intelligence is no longer a standalone technology theme but is increasingly becoming an integral part of the global economy. As its adoption accelerates, demand for the underlying infrastructure that powers AI models, data processing, and digital connectivity is growing rapidly. Complementing WisdomTree’s existing range of AI-focused ETFs, this strategy is designed to provide investors with targeted exposure to companies enabling the development and scalability of the AI economy, including key firms such as NVIDIA, SK Hynix, Lam Research, Lumentum, and Vertiv.”

Alexis Marinof, CEO, Europe, at WisdomTree, added: “Artificial intelligence is driving structural changes in the global economy, creating new investment opportunities across the technology ecosystem. As these trends advance, investors are increasingly seeking differentiated and intelligent ways to participate in the long-term growth potential of the AI sector. Whether seeking exposure to the software, infrastructure, or physical AI sectors, our range of AI-focused ETFs is designed to provide targeted, research-driven solutions that can help add value to portfolios.”

With the launch of WAGI, WisdomTree completes its AI thematic range, which already includes the WisdomTree Artificial Intelligence UCITS ETF and the WisdomTree Physical AI, Humanoids and Drones UCITS ETF. In total, the company manages $10.9 billion across 20 thematic ETFs listed in Europe. In 2026, the thematic range recorded net inflows of $3.3 billion, driven in particular by the WisdomTree Europe Defence UCITS ETF (WDEF) with $1.4 billion and the WisdomTree Strategic Metals and Rare Earth Miners UCITS ETF (RARE) with $863 million.

The TER is 0.50% across all listing segments. The ETF uses index replication and is aimed at investors seeking broad and granular exposure to the companies that form the material foundation of the artificial intelligence economy.
