Based in Paris, he will report to Gaëtan Delculée, Global Head of Sales ETF, Indexing & Smart Beta at Amundi.

Hermann Pfeifer joined Amundi in 2016. Before being appointed Deputy Global Head of Sales ETF, Indexing & Smart Beta, he was Head of Sales covering Distribution, Wealth and Retail segments as well as ETF, Indexing & Smart Beta sales for Germany, Austria & Eastern Europe. He was also Head of Amundi Frankfurt office and member of Amundi Deutschland Executive Committee.
Prior to joining Amundi, he was Head of Lyxor ETF for German-Speaking Europe and Eastern Europe at Societe Generale from 2011-2016. From 2005-2011 he held several roles at Deutsche Bank, among them Head of Fund Sales Northern-Europe and the responsibility for ETF sales in Germany and Austria. He started his career at BNP Paribas CIB sales desk in 2001.
Hermann holds an M.A. in Business Administration from University of Graz, Austria and is a Certified Financial Analyst (CEFA).
