Benoit Sorel, Global Head of ETF, Indexing & Smart Beta business line Amundi
Prior to joining Amundi, Benoit served as Managing Director at BlackRock, with responsibility for product strategy and EMEA distribution for the ETF & Index Investing business, operating from the London office since 2018.
Previously (2011-2018), also at BlackRock, Benoit led ETF & Index Investing sales for France, Belgium, Luxembourg and Monaco.
Previously, he held several senior positions in equity derivatives business development at Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank (2007-2011) and at Bank of America (2006-2007), and was part of the Sovereign Advisory team at Lazard Frères (2001-2006).
Benoit started his career in 1999 at Credit Agricole Indosuez in Jakarta in Corporate Debt Restructuring and Export Finance.
Benoit graduated from ESCP-EAP, with a specialisation in Finance.
