The Name Change is being made in order to clarify that the Sub-Fund is not considered a money market fund within the scope of EU Regulation 2017/1131 on money market funds.
The Board of Directors is of the view that by removing reference to “cash” in the Sub-Fund’s name the investment policy of the Sub-Fund will be more accurately reflected.
The changes made are as follows:
