The objective of the Fund is to seek to provide investors with long term returns, through capital growth. The Fund intends to pursue an actively managed investment strategy.

In order to achieve its investment objective, the Fund will invest primarily in a diversified portfolio of global equity securities issued by companies which are determined to have leading or superior metrics based on environmental, social and governance related criteria (relative to their industry peers) and which, in addition, the Investment Manager considers to exhibit “capital strength” in that they are well capitalised and have strong balance sheets.
