Goldman Sachs Alpha Enhanced Europe Equity Active UCITS ETF

The Fund seeks long-term capital growth by actively investing primarily in equity securities of European companies.

The Fund is actively managed and, under normal circumstances, will invest at least 70% of its net assets in equity or equity-related securities providing exposure to companies domiciled in Europe or deriving the majority of their revenue/profits from the region.

Using GSAM’s proprietary multi-factor quantitative investment model, the Fund may invest in equity or equity-related securities of companies across all market capitalizations and sectors. Eligible securities include ordinary shares, preferred shares, warrants, subscription rights, American Depositary Receipts (ADRs), European Depositary Receipts (EDRs), and Global Depositary Receipts (GDRs).

The Fund aims for long-term capital appreciation by actively investing primarily in equity securities of global companies.

The Fund is actively managed and, under normal circumstances, will invest at least 70% of its net assets in equity or equity-related securities providing exposure to companies worldwide.

Leveraging GSAM’s proprietary multi-factor quantitative investment model, the Fund may invest across market capitalizations and sectors. Eligible securities include ordinary shares, preferred shares, warrants, subscription rights, ADRs, EDRs, and GDRs.
