GraniteShares : Division (split) for two ETPs

GraniteShares 3x Long Netflix Daily ETP tracks (3LNF) tracks, excluding fees and other adjustments, the performance of the  GraniteShares 3x Long Netflix Daily ETP that seeks to provide 3 times the daily performance of  Netflix shares.

Following the performance of GraniteShares 3x Long Netflix Daily ETP shares, the Value per ETP for 3LNF increased to a such a level that might become an impediment to new investors.

The decision was hence taken to divide 3LNF on a 5:1 basis (the Division Ratio), that is each Securityholder will receive 5 security for every 1 securities held.

GraniteShares 3x Long Palantir Daily ETP Securities tracks (3LPA) tracks, excluding fees and other adjustments, the performance of the GraniteShares 3x Long Palantir Daily ETP Securities that seeks to provide 3 times the daily performance of Palantir Securities shares.

Following the performance of GraniteShares 3x Long Palantir Daily ETP Securities shares, the Value per ETP for 3LPA increased to a such a level that might become an impediment to new investors.

The decision was hence taken to divide 3LPA on a 10:1 basis (the Division Ratio), that is each Securityholder will receive 10 security for every 1 securities held.
