Invesco BulletShares 2026 USD Corporate Bond UCITS ETF Dist
The Invesco BulletShares 2026 USD Corporate Bond UCITS ETF Dist fund aims to replicate the total return of the Bloomberg 2026 Maturity USD Corporate Bond Screened index, net of fees. The fund has a fixed duration and will end on the Maturity Date. The fund pays dividends on a quarterly basis.
The Reference Index is designed to replicate the performance of investment-grade, USD-denominated, fixed-rate taxable debt securities issued by corporate issuers. It is market-value weighted with an upper limit of 4.5% for individual corporate issuers. To be eligible for inclusion, corporate securities must have an outstanding nominal amount of at least USD 300 million and an effective maturity between 1 January 2026 and 31 December 2026.
Securities are excluded if the issuers: 1) are involved in controversial arms, small arms, military procurement, oil sands, thermal coal or tobacco activities; 2) do not have a Sustainalytics-defined level of controversy or have a Sustainalytics controversy level greater than 4; 3) are not deemed to be in compliance with the principles of the UN Global Compact; or 4) are from emerging markets.
The portfolio managers aim to achieve the fund’s objective by applying a sampling strategy, which includes the use of quantitative analysis, to select a percentage of securities in the benchmark index that represents the characteristics of the entire index, using factors such as weighted average duration of the index, industry sectors and credit quality. When a corporate bond held by the fund matures, the cash received by the fund will be used to invest in short-term debt denominated in USD and issued by the US Treasury.
