Following the success of its pioneering AAA CLO ETF in the United States, Janus Henderson Investors today announced the launch of a UCITS vehicle for non-US professional investors: the Janus Henderson Tabula USD AAA CLO UCITS ETF (JAAA LN).

JAAA LN is managed by industry experts including John Kerschner, Head of US Securitized Products, and Colin Fleury, Head of Secured Credit, alongside portfolio managers Denis Struc, Jessica Shill, and Ian Bettney. The team boasts extensive proven experience in CLO investments, leveraging market-leading tools and systems to conduct in-depth collateral analysis of CLOs and identify value opportunities.
The fund will primarily invest in USD AAA-rated CLOs eligible for UCITS, offering investors access to the high-quality US AAA floating-rate CLO market—historically available only to institutional investors—through a liquid and transparent ETF structure. The fund will also tactically invest in EUR AAA-rated CLOs, hedging currency exposure back to USD.
Janus Henderson has been at the forefront of active fixed-income ETF innovation and has a highly successful proposition, making it the third-largest provider of actively managed fixed-income ETFs globally[1] and the largest manager of active securitized ETFs[2]. The firm offers a range of pioneering fixed-income ETFs, including the US-listed AAA CLO ETF, which is the world’s largest CLO ETF, recently surpassing $21 billion in AUM[3], and the recently launched Janus Henderson Tabula EUR AAA CLO UCITS ETF (JCLO) for non-US investors, which has already reached over €150 million in AUM[4]. The Janus Henderson Tabula USD AAA CLO UCITS ETF (JAAA LN) is the latest addition to the firm’s active ETF suite, following the October 2024 launch of the Janus Henderson Tabula Japan High Conviction Equity UCITS ETF (JCPN), the November 2024 launch of the Janus Henderson Tabula Pan European High Conviction Equity UCITS ETF (JCEU), and the January 2025 launch of the Janus Henderson Tabula EUR AAA CLO UCITS ETF (JCL0).
The fund is listed on the London Stock Exchange under ticker JAAA LN, with plans for additional listings in the EU and Switzerland. It will be available across major European markets.
