Amanda Rebello Head of ETF and Index Fund Sales UBS Asset Management
Amanda succeeds Clemens Reuters, who is set to retire after 15 years at UBS and more than 30 years in the industry. UBS AM’s activities in the ETF and index fund space are part of its broader indexing business, with $823 billion in invested assets.
Amanda brings strong leadership experience and deep knowledge of the active and passive ETF industry, gained across the EMEA region and North America. She joins UBS AM from DWS, where she served as Head of Xtrackers Sales for the United States, based in New York. Previously, she worked at BlackRock in London, holding several senior roles within iShares, including marketing structured and derivatives products linked to ETFs in the EMEA region.
Based in London, Amanda Rebello will join the UBS AM Client Coverage Management Forum, reporting directly to André Mueller. She will work closely with Clemens Reuters to ensure a smooth transition and maintain the momentum generated by the launch of UBS AM’s first active ETF and its Core range of equity and fixed income ETFs.
André Mueller, Head of Client Coverage at UBS Asset Management, commented: “Amanda’s appointment reflects our commitment to accelerating growth in an area of strategic importance. I am confident she has all the right qualities to take the business to the next level in a highly competitive environment, as we continue to develop our offering and expand our expertise globally.”
