All equity indices lost ground during the month.
The blue chip SMI® closed out January at 4,690.7 (-11.3 % compared to the previous month), the SLI Swiss Leader Index® PR at 665.1 (-11.5 %) and the broadly based SPI® at 3,929.9 (-10.2 %).
