iShares: New equity index ETF, access to the UK real estate sector with currency hedging

A new exchange-traded fund issued by iShares has been tradable on Xetra and via Börse Frankfurt since Friday.
The iShares UK Property UCITS ETF EUR Hedged (Acc) allows investors to participate in the performance of UK listed property companies and REITS. These are property investment companies such as commercial, industrial, residential and office property as well as property management and development companies specialising in property transactions, financing, and property management.
This is a currency hedged share class, i.e., the impact of exchange rate fluctuations is minimised.
